Cecilio Abad is an authentic Visayan from Ormoc City. Fair.. But he has an enormous knowledge for designing beautiful clothes and he understands precision cutting.
He is not famous likes his peers in these highly competitive Fashion World. He has no connection. No Publicity. But his artworks highly talks of him. Announces him to almost anywhere in this part of the world.
He had not had an entrance in the Philippine Fashion Arena. Truly, not one of his clients leaves his salon unsatisfied. Rather, almost everyone is ecstatic for an almost perfect artwork. Humbly, he had his clients but by recommendations.
Surprisingly, for the past three years, he`s among the Top 10 Supplier, and for 2008 he got the Supplier Of The Year Award credited by Weddings@Work.
