Leslie... i meet her thru Jong ( isa na naman ito sa mga pinilit ni jong na sakin magpatahi, hehehehehe, joke hindi po, kasi pag ayaw din naman ng client wala namang magawa si john ong ...) She was with her mom when they meet me at the shop, and they have initial design already... But i told them, their design was already executed with other designer, sabi ko gagawa ako ng medyo kakaiba ng kunti... hehehe. Kaya we ended up on a beaded bodice with fishtail like effects, pero we haven`t discuss pa the details... Pero nung makita nila ang finish product... super tuwa si mother ng bride and of course the tita`s of the bride was happy dahil andun sila every fitting....Kaya naman super emote and project sya during pictorial...
March 27, 2008 Photo / Video: Imagine Nation Photography (John Mateos Ong, Jayjay Lucas and Tiqui) Preps / Reception: Edsa Shangri-la Manila Church: Grace Gospel Church Make-up: Jesy Alto (The Make-up Studio) Hair: Steve Pagsanjan (The Make-up Studio)
Entourage: Tiffany, emerald and powder green in silk dupioni and chiffon
Nenangs: Emerald Dupioni Silk
Mothers: Pina material in sculptured bias strips.. walang picture ang mother of groom, but she looks gorgeous din.
Groom: Italian wool, usual cut when it comes to groom, nothing great in terms of design... Unless the groom is adventurous and allows the designer to experiment a contemporary / avant garde cut.
Bride / Silhouette: Leslie wears a tube in serpentina cutline, the fishtail like skirt was attached to the beaded bodice and adorned with twisted bows that covers the seam, twisted bows started at the front and ended at the back that serves as her sweeping train, to soften the sculptured bows, i inserted some ostrich feathers.. I made a bolero that looks like an armor, hehehe, can`t describe, hehehe... all i know is, its different from the rest of the boleros that i made...
